Nice to meet you!

Software developer in Erlangen, Germany. 46 years old. Mainly Java and TypeScript in my day job, but here, I like to explore various other programming languages, frameworks and technologies.

And I'm already interested in doing a small fix:

I just noticed that the plural of "Repository" should be "Repositories" also in German, but it's "Repositorys" right now (screenshot attached)
I've already found the place where this can be fixed, but I don't want to do it with introducing myself before.

Hey there, thank you for letting us know.

There is a specific group for internationalization in Forgejo if you're looking to coordinate with other contributors that do the work in that kind of field (#forgejo-i18n:matrix.org), I also think that the standard procedure in Weblate is to leave a comment and report an issue if you want to discuss this with other translators. (not a native speaker, but this one might be mildly controversial :P).

Hello Niklas and welcome at Codeberg and Forgejo! With your knowledge of TypeScript, I imagine also that you could be helpful in improving Forgejo's website.

The Duden seems to suggest Repositorys as plural form 🤔

Concerning the majority of translations: you can just go ahead and fix minor issues without any need for discussion. Or you may leave comments as @n0toose suggested, too.
