This nix config change improves experience when using sqlite3 cli to explore the test DB.

It's the same, it just has a name override in the derivation when -interactive is enabled. The store path with interactive enabled is also sqlite-interactive (see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-25.11/pkgs/development/libraries/sqlite/default.nix#L29).
